This July, our wholesale team spent three days at CBME Shanghai 2026 — the world’s largest maternity and kids trade show — at Booth 71-D12, showing the Autumn/Winter 2026 line to retailers from across China and beyond. Contracts were signed onsite, and the conversations we had there kept circling the same theme: independent kids’ retailers are looking for a heritage brand that does not bury them in inventory.
This post is a recap of what we showed, the wholesale terms behind it, and a direct invitation: for Autumn/Winter 2026 we are adding a curated wave of 12 boutique partners and 3–5 strategic flagship partners worldwide. If you run a childrenswear or womenswear store and Chinese heritage kidswear fits your floor, this is the season to talk.

What we put on the floor
CBME visitors saw the full product engine, not a single season:
- Autumn 2026 — 39 styles. The Song-dynasty landscape line plus the modern Sunflower & Cactus artist collaboration.
- Winter 2026 — 40 to 60 styles. Transitional, padded, and outerwear pieces released September through October.
- Chinese New Year 2027 — 30 to 50 styles. Red-and-gold festive and parent-child sets, releasing November–December for the February 6 festival date.
- Evergreen classic library — 100+ styles. Cross-season best-sellers that partners can restock any day of the year.
That adds up to 30–60 new styles per season and 150–240 new styles per year — a cadence designed so a store floor always has something new without the brand ever forcing a full-buyout first order.
The conversation we kept having at the booth
Nearly every experienced retailer asked the same question in some form: “How is this different from every other brand that wants a huge first order and leaves me with the leftovers?” The classic Asian childrenswear model asks for a full-price first buyout of CNY 300,000–800,000, hands the retailer all inventory risk, and caps returns at 15%. Between 2024 and 2026, the collapse of several long-standing Chinese childrenswear names showed exactly where that playbook leads.
Little Hanfu runs the opposite model. Here is the comparison we drew on the booth wall, unchanged for our AW2026 partner wave:
| Term | Classic wholesale | Little Hanfu program |
|---|---|---|
| First order commitment | Full buyout, CNY 300k–800k ($42k–$113k) | Order-fair logic, CNY 100k–150k ($14k–$21k) |
| Wholesale discount | 50–60% of retail | Flat 40% of retail — 60% margin stays with the retailer |
| End-of-season stock | Retailer absorbs it; 15% return cap | Brand buys back 25% at cost; full annual buyback on classic-line SKUs |
| Restock | Phone order, paid upfront | T+7 rapid restock; 45-day payment window inside your credit line |
| Deposit | Often heavy | Capped at CNY 50k ($7k), refundable per contract |
| Franchise fee | Common | Waived — zero franchise fee |
Store tiers and opening support
Partners choose one of three tiers, all with the flat 40% wholesale discount and waived franchise fee:
- SB-A Boutique (30–50 sqm): CNY 30k deposit, CNY 100k first order, Year-1 revenue target CNY 600k–800k.
- SB-B Standard (50–80 sqm): CNY 40k deposit, CNY 120k first order, Year-1 target CNY 800k–1.2M.
- SB-C Flagship (80+ sqm): CNY 50k deposit, CNY 150k first order, Year-1 target CNY 1.2M–1.8M.
Support around the opening: a fit-out subsidy of CNY 200 per sqm or 30% of certified fit-out invoices (your choice), a free sample set — one piece of every new style each season, 150–240 sample pieces a year shipped free — a three-day pre-opening training bootcamp, and a dedicated AI operations lead inside every partner’s team chat for merchandising and inventory questions.
Who we are looking for
The AW2026 wave is deliberately small: 12 boutique partners and 3–5 strategic flagship partners. The profile that fits: tier-1 or tier-2 cities (or strong tier-3 and overseas Chinese-heavy retail hubs), mall floors 1–3 or ground-floor high-street locations, at least 30 sqm, and an aesthetic aligned with ours — Song-dynasty landscape palettes, mandarin-collar silhouettes, modern Chinese hybrid styling. Existing childrenswear or womenswear retail experience is preferred; first-time operators commit to the 3-day brand training. Realistic phase-one working capital is CNY 150k–250k ($21k–$35k) excluding rent, covering deposit, first order, and fit-out.
Why retailers sign with confidence
The brand behind the program has been building since 2017 under couture designer Jiang Shuo, with 30+ industry awards, 20+ national press features since 2019 — including CCTV News and Xinhua News Agency — and honors such as Kidswear Designer of the Year 2023 at the China Fashion Awards. Behind the label: 20 in-house designers, a 100+ partner supply chain, and 36 department-store counters across China. The full record is on our press page, and the story of the label is on the about page.

Selling online instead of a store?
Overseas online sellers and e-commerce partners are welcome too. Wholesale for online channels is handled case by case with straightforward mechanics: order from 12 pieces per style, sets priced $45–120 at wholesale tiers, shipped worldwide via DHL or FedEx, with sample orders encouraged before you commit. The CNY 2027 festive line — our biggest seasonal demand window — opens for orders in November.
Next step
Every partnership starts the same way: a conversation and the full program deck. Visit the wholesale page to see complete terms and the WhatsApp contact, or reach us directly through the contact page. For AW2026 we are reviewing applications in the order they arrive — and after three days of CBME, we can say the twelve boutique slots will not stay open long.
